  • Ratios of one adult to four children (with no more than two children under two at any time) means your child receives the care and education they deserve along with forming a secure attachment to their educator.

  • Peek-a-Boo In Home Childcare provides opportunities for educators to be part of a community inspired environment where expert advice is readily available and the journey of each educator is supported and on-going learning is encouraged.
  • Regular visits from a qualified early childhood teacher to support each educator, the child and family to ensure the interests of your child are being noticed, recognised and responded too.
  • Educators are invited to attend professional learning opportunities which develops and extends on their early childhood knowledge to ensure they are providing environments that are stimulating, responsive and that meet the needs of all children.
  • A daily journal is completed to share with you your child’s learning and discoveries with links to Te Whaariki (the Early Childhood Curriculum). 
  • Your chosen educator may complete online learning stories for your child which enables you to share the interests and development of your child with family and friends around the world in a safe and private way.
  • There are no administration fees charged. WINZ and Peek-a-Boo subsidies may apply along with 20 Hours ECE for 3 and 4 year old children.
